Job description

Assisted Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Triage/On-call RN to provide holistic, end-of-life care to patients. The role involves utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation, while effectively interacting with patients, caregivers, and other health team members, maintaining professional nursing standards.

Work from the comfort of your own home! You must have an active California RN license.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 6pm to 8am - $100 per night
• Saturday & Sunday: 8am to 8am - $300 per day
• Split weekend days into two 12-hour shifts (8am to 8pm & 8pm to 8am) - $150 per day

This position will involve triaging for our Ventura (118 census) and Santa Barbara (85 census) branches.

• Confidence in clinical skills and understanding of disease trajectory; recent acute care experience preferred
• Compassionate, approachable, confident, able to give directions to family and team members
