Summit Spine and Joint Centers in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a full-time, non-exempt Registered Nurse for our triage line. Under general supervision, you will handle preoperative and postoperative needs, review medical history, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include managing the nurse phone line, initiating emergencies when needed, updating EMR, and coordinating with administrative teams to support patient care.

Competenze

• RN license in good standing
• ACLS certification
• Hospital setting experience required
• Bilingual candidates preferred or language-line capability

Job Description Summary:

Under general supervision of a licensed provider, as a Registered Nurse for Triage Line one must be detail oriented with excellent phone call diction, and outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking motivated individuals who can problem-solve and multitask as we are a fast-paced practice. Gain skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures in support of the department.

This job is a full-time,benefitedposition at Summit Spine & Joint Centers that reports to the ASC Director. This position’s primary location will be at the Administrative Building in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing a patient's medical history anddetermining symptoms and severity of illness or injury
• Managing internal Nurse phone line by taking inbound calls toassistpatients with preoperative and postoperative needs as needed.
• Initiating emergency interventions when needed.
• Updating patient information on electronic medical records system
• Communicate with various administrative teams to ensure the proper flow of information to support patient care
• Reviewing a patient's medical history and determining symptoms and severity of illness or injury.
• Educating patients and family members.
• Following all company policies on patient services standards

Skills And Abilities:

• Good standing RN Compact License
• ACLS Certified
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in a Hospital settingrequired
• Bilingual candidates preferred (or able to manage the usage of a language line)
