Weill Cornell Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse - Triage on the West Side to support clinical operations. This exempt role coordinates patient triage via calls and in-person visits, manages EMR documentation, and assists with care coordination according to physicians' protocols.
Ideal candidates hold a BSN with 2+ years of RN experience in hospital or practice settings, possess NYS RN licensure, and have Infection Control and BLS credentials.

Salary Range: $113,600.00 - $130,700.00
Under direction, assists physicians with triaging patient calls, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care and clinical protocols as needed. Assesses patient symptoms or needs, in person or by phone, to determine priority of treatment.
Approximately 2 or more years of related work experience as an RN in a physician practice or hospital setting.
