Job summary

Sentara Martha Jefferson Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an RN Traveler for IMCU/Stepdown care on a 14-week assignment with nights and 36 hours per week at a rate of $75 per hour. At least 2 years of recent RN bedside experience and EPIC proficiency are required.

You will admit patients, perform rounding checks, administer medications, and communicate with families while collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality care in a Magnet-status hospital.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent RN bedside experience.
• IMCU/Stepdown experience in an acute care hospital.
• EPIC experience; BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• RN licensure valid to work in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Assess and admit patients and perform rounding checks.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Communicate with family members about care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
