Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care processes from diagnosis through follow‑up, guiding patients through the collaborative care team and providing education during the hospital stay.
The role requires a Registered Nurse with a BSN, current BLS-HCP certification, and at least three years of RN experience; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required.
The Clinical Program Coordinator assesses, plans, implements and coordinates treatment processes from diagnosis through follow up, specifically guides patients through the collaborative process with all medical care providers and ancillary support programs and provides educational support along the continuum.
