Intermountain Health in Colorado seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator in the Trauma department to assess, plan, implement and coordinate treatment processes from diagnosis through follow up, guiding patients through the collaborative process with physicians and care teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS-HCP certification, and at least 3 years of RN experience, with preferred credentials in master’s-level nursing and ongoing performance improvement activities.
The Clinical Program Coordinator assesses, plans, implements and coordinates treatment processes from diagnosis through follow up, specifically guides patients through the collaborative process with all medical care providers and ancillary support programs and provides educational support along the continuum.
