Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate activities and workflows for our clinical transplant program. You will develop, implement, and evaluate transplant services and initiatives, and plan and coordinate patient care across teams to ensure quality outcomes.

You will maintain program documentation for compliance, assist with staff training, and develop learning programs. Strong communication and adherence to ethical guidelines are essential for meeting patients'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and valid RN licensure with BLS.
• At least three years of RN experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to work safely.
• Evidence-based practice and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities
