Job summary

Bestica Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to design and deliver training for Air Force medical personnel, combining clinical expertise with instructional design. A bachelor’s in nursing and 3+ years of experience are required; BLS/ACLS also needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Air Force and professional standards; orientation programs required after 60 days.

Job description

• Requires a minimum of bachelor's degree in nursing, and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency with word processing software, PowerPoint and SharePoint applications is required.
• Knowledge of emergency room patient management and trauma health principles.
• Proven experience in an educational setting, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs, both in-person and via online platforms.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory. Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure, successful completion of USAFSAM's and Department's orientation programs is required (After 60 days of hire).

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Prior instructional experience (e.g., Tactical Combat Casualty Care, etc.) highly desirable.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Genius, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the Department of Defense's training and educational policies and standards.
