Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care. The RN will lead within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, collaborating across units to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, BLS, and at least one year of RN or Mayo Clinic LPN experience; TN sponsorship is possible. The role features 12-hour night shifts, full-time hours, and a competitive compensation

Formación

• RN license current by applicable state requirements.
• Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; ability to adapt to unpredictable situations.
