Job description

As a valued member of the Telemetry (Tele) RN team, you will care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including complex cases. This unit constantly monitors blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and cardiac electrical activity using specialized equipment. RNs will primarily care for patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a professionally challenging, positive, and innovative Telemetry environment at this highly regarded facility.

2. SSN Required
3. DOB Required
4. References: 1 reference in entire work history
5. Must have EPIC skills and 1 reference
6. Must have time off given on this application prior to interview
