Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry Unit

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
