Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, guides patient/family teaching, and supervises other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Telemetry Unit. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptoms. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
