Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, delivers nursing care to patients. Plans and implements nursing care; documents nursing assessments; identifies and reports situations requiring further intervention; formulates and communicates goal-directed plan of care; assures patient rights. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital and principles of quality improvement

Work Experience And Additional Information

• Clinical Nurse - ER: One (1) year experience, Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
• Clinical Nurse- NICU: Two (2) years' experience, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certification.
• Clinical Nurse- Telemetry/PCU: New grads accepted
• Clinical Nurse- Labor & Delivery: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certification.
• Clinical Nurse - Medical/Surgical: New grads accepted.
• Clinical Nurse - Surgical Services: Two (2) years' operating room experience, circulating.
• Clinical Nurse- PACU: One (1) year experience in critical care
• Clinical Nurse- Ambulatory Surgery: One (1) year experience in Surgical Medical Nursing, Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS)
• Clinical Nurse- ICU: One (1) year experience
• Clinical Nurse- Wound Care: One (1) year experience.
• Clinical Nurse IV: IV Certification, Certified Registered Nurse (CRNI) or Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC)
• Clinical Nurse Dialysis: One (1) year experience in Critical Care.
• Clinical Nurse: Two (2) years' experience in Cardiac Vascular OR (CVOR)
