Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients requiring specialized judgment and skill based on knowledge of nursing sciences and humanities.
• Float throughout the hospital to various units to support staffing and assist in assignments on an adhoc basis.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adapt quickly to different nursing unit protocols and patient populations.
• Maintain and apply clinical knowledge and skills necessary for quality care in diverse settings.

• Provide practice excellence through specialized assessment, care, evaluation, and education to patients and families.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – RN.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support – American Heart Association (may be required after start)
