Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. in Brevard, NC seeks a Registered Nurse for our Progressive Care unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on a 44-bed step-down unit specializing in trauma, neurosciences, surgery, and oncology.

The RN will assess patient conditions on admission and during shifts, perform procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately, collaborating with medical providers to ensure safety and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or in BSN program with completion within 5 years; RNs with 10+ years are exempt.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; national certification preferred.

• Assess and monitor patient status, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform ordered procedures and medication administration.
• Maintain thorough documentation of care and treatments.
• Stay knowledgeable about medications, procedures, and equipment related to cardiac and medical-surgical care.
