Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality perioperative care for patients. You will assess before and after surgery, monitor status, administer medications, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and the care team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

You will also educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and post-operative care while maintaining precise documentation and adhering to infection control
