Job summary

Memorial is seeking a Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-performing perioperative team. You’ll provide safe, precise, compassionate care from pre-op through recovery, guiding patients and families through the surgical journey.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll supervise care delivery, coordinate individualized plans, and educate patients on what to expect before and after surgery. On-call duties may apply with 30-minute return requirement.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (or compact licensure) required.
• BSN preferred per policy.
• CPR – Provider C certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care throughout the surgical experience.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

As a Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) at Memorial, you’ll be part of a high-performing perioperative team delivering safe, precise, and compassionate surgical care. From pre-op through recovery, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives seamless, high-quality care throughout their surgical experience.

You’ll supervise care delivery, coordinate individualized plans of care, and provide education and reassurance to patients and families every step of the way.

What You Bring

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a compact licensure state

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required to obtain per BSN policy)
• CPR – Provider C certification
