Job description

Our Registered Nurses (RN) in the Surgery department are there to prepare for a patient’s arrival and stay in the operating room to ensure their best possible outcome. As an RN, you’ll prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures to assure patient safety, working closely with physicians, CRNA’s, surgical technologists, and other surgical personnel in delivering quality patient care. This RN role will be assigned to the Orthopedic and Podiatry Team.

Schedule:

• Part-time | 46-54 hours every two weeks | 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. shifts
• Every 6th-8th weekend
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation with a 35-minute response time

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $40.33 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Pay range: $40.33 - $60.50 per hour

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in MN required
• BSN required within three years
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required

To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation Assistance Eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate within 30 miles of it.
