Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and to coordinate patient care across teams and settings. The RN will educate patients and families, document and communicate care plans, and participate in performance improvement and leadership activities.

Responsibilities include advocacy, problem solving, and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes while utilizing nursing process and health technology.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of RN experience; specialty area experience preferred.
