Position Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Assesses patient needs, plans, implements, and evaluates care, communicates effectively with the healthcare team, and educates patients and families.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and reassessments
• Performing patient care and communicating effectively across age groups
• Administering medications correctly following the 6 rights
• Assisting physicians with procedures and operating medical equipment safely
• Educating patients and families about disease processes

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Current RN license in Kentucky
• Current BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred
