Job summary

Encore Parkside in Newark, DE, seeks an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for 3pm-11pm to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care. You will support the Director of Nursing, oversee nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance during the shift.

This role requires active Delaware RN license, at least 2 years of RN experience (long-term care preferred) and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN License or Compact (Multi-State) RN License required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience (long-term care preferred).
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift.
• Conduct rounds and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and physician order follow-through.
• Review and complete incident and medication error reports.
• Perform chart audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain infection control and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Support Quality Assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Encore Parkside is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for 3pm -11pm to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care. This role supports the Director of Nursing (DON), admissions and oversees nursing staff, regulatory compliance, and resident safety during assigned shifts.

The RN Supervisor is accountable for maintaining standards of care, guiding the team, and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
