Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required.
• Two (2) years or more as a supervisor in a nursing care center.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit.
• Oversee resident care to promote optimal functioning.
• Ensure prompt reporting of incidents to management.

Pay in lieu of Benefit-$3/hr and Daily Pay Available!

Responsibilities for a RN Supervisor:

Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit

Oversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unit

Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing

Actively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of Nursing

Participates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs

Qualifications for a RN Supervisor

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university required.

Five (5) or more years of nursing experience; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center- required.

Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language with proficiency. Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
