REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) - HAYES BARTON PLACE

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) for a Full Time, Night shift position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise patient care by overseeing the facility and directing nursing staff during shifts.
2. Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
3. Oversee nursing services during shifts in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, facility policies, and regulations.
4. Support nurses during acute patient episodes.
5. Address employee issues promptly and document actions.
6. Handle on-call responsibilities.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an active, valid South Carolina nursing license; proof of renewal required every two years.
3. Commitment to providing quality nursing care, following doctor’s orders, and interest in geriatric nursing.
4. Yearly CPR certification.
5. Participation in in-service training and staff meetings.
6. Ability to supervise nursing staff effectively.
7. Knowledge of and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
8. Long-term care experience preferred.
