Maplewood Nursing and Rehab Center in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for Long Term Care. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with competitive pay and opportunities to grow.

The ideal candidate will hold a PA RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years in long-term care. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, mentor new hires, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in PA.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure residents receive high-quality care according to care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
