Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves directing nursing staff during shifts and collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• RN, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing and submit proof of license renewal every other year.
• Provide quality-nursing care to patients, follow doctor orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certified yearly.
• Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff assuring that work assignments are completed appropriately and timely.
• Read, know, and follow personnel, department and Facility policies and procedures and adhere to local, state, and federal requirements.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
