Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Aviata at West Palm Beach. You will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and coordinate with other facility personnel to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility personnel.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts including assigning work and training.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
