Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in PA
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
No previous supervisor experience needed, we will train you
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
