Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a warm, supportive environment.

You will mentor staff, ensure clinical standards, collaborate with physicians and families, and uphold our culture of compassion and excellence.

Active PA RN license required; six months' SNF or hospital experience preferred; leadership experience encouraged; competitive pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN License in PA


• Prior experience of six (6) months providing care in a SNF or hospital preferred


• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred


• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care
