Responsibilities

The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/family and employee satisfaction.

Shift Details:

  • Afternoon (3 PM - 11 PM) Monday-Friday (No Weekends): $43 - $46/hr (+$5.00 shift diff)
  • Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM) Monday-Friday (No Weekends): $40.50 - $43.50 (+$2.50 shift diff)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staffing to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Posted Salary Range: USD $48.00 - $51.00 /Hr.
