Job summary

Atlantic Coast Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our nursing team. This role provides clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff while ensuring high‑quality, safe, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.

We are currently hiring for PT overnight shift, every other weekend. A New Jersey RN license in good standing and at least 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience are required to thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/ Long Term Care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care
• Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff
