Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an RN Supervisor in Huntingdon Valley, PA to support the Director of Nursing and oversee nursing care on the assigned shift (3pm–11:30pm or 11pm–7:30am).

Lead clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with other departments to deliver safe, 24/7 care while controlling overtime and agency usage. • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Responsibilities

3pm to 11:30pm OR 11pm - 7:30am

The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
