Job summary

Highland Springs Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurses (RNs) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Highland Springs, Virginia. Shifts include 7:00a-3:00p and 3:00p-11:00p on weekends, 11:00p-7:00a FT Mon-Fri with PT weekends.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive leadership team. Ideal candidates will have an active Virginia RN license and prior supervision experience, with long-term care or skilled nursing exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
