Medical Search is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for an opportunity in Southern California, just outside of Los Angeles, CA.

We have two permanent positions available in an Outpatient / Urgent Care setting in the LA area (within 15-30 minutes of downtown).

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for:

1. Providing direct supervision of staff and managing daily departmental operations under the guidance of a clinician
2. Providing direct patient care daily
3. Performing operational duties as required under the direction of the site administrator or designee

Details:

• Setting: Outpatient - Internal Medicine and various specialties
• Experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care Center, or Acute setting required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and/or professional certification beyond a two-year college
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Basic Life Support for Providers (AHA) - online certification not accepted
• Advanced Life Support and/or PALS certification preferred
• Specialty certifications (e.g., OR, OB, GI, ER, CEN, CCRN) as needed
• V. therapy certification
• Prior supervisory and ambulatory care experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
