Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations and supervising nursing staff
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care in compliance with regulations
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate pertinent information
• Train and supervise nursing personnel
• Handle conflicts and emergencies effectively
