Job summary

WeCare Centers is seeking an RN Supervisor at our Franklin facility to lead and mentor nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

This role requires an active PA RN license and prior acute or long-term care experience; on-site presence with a focus on leadership, quality, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license is required.
• Experience as RN in acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
• Oversee nursing performance with DON/HR/Administrator and ensure FBH policies.
• Maintain safe environment and proper techniques.
• Ensure accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, vendors and inter-disciplinary team.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement activities.
• Conduct nursing staff evaluations, coaching and supervision.
• Monitor direct care delivery and perform audits.
• Take on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Job Duties

• Serve as a professional role model by providing leadership, support and guidance.
• Maintaining nursing staff job performance through multiple intervention practices in close collaboration with Director of Nursing (DON), Human Resources or Facility Administrator, as needed. Ensure FBH policies are being followed.
• Ensuring nursing staff are providing a safe, healthy environment and utilizing proper techniques and approaches.
• Ensuring proper documentation is being completed by nursing staff.
• Effectively communicating with Residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team to provide a high quality of care.
• Participating in compliance and quality improvement committees, audits and processes.
• Completing nursing staff evaluations, coaching, education, and supervision.
• Ensures continued delivery of high quality nursing care by monitoring direct care and conducting audits.
• Assume on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of PA
• Previous experience as a RN in acute care / long term care setting is preferred
