Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor at Idaho State Correctional Institution in Kuna, ID. The RN Supervisor will lead nursing staff under the DON, ensuring high-quality care for patients with diverse needs in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Nursing is required with a minimum of two years of RN experience.
• RN license or ability to obtain one is required.
• Must have current PPD documentation for TB screening.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Corrections experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with varied physical and behavioral health needs.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage as needed to maintain patient care standards.
• Support on-site operations during the day shift and cover PDO/staff shortages as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Corrections experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Full time Day Shift - may be asked to cover shifts due to PDO, Staff Shortage or Call Outs
