Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join the team at Idaho State Correctional Institution in Kuna, Idaho. The RN Supervisor works under the DON to supervise nursing and support staff and deliver direct/indirect care for patients with various health needs.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, CPR certification, and has corrections experience. Supervisory background is preferred, with ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing with ≥2 years RN experience.
• Current RN license or ability to obtain.
• TB screening (PPD) documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and support staff under the direction of the DON.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with diverse physical and behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care.
• May cover shifts as needed due to PDO, staff shortages or call outs.
