Job summary

East Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in The Bronx is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional resident care.

You will collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized care plans, conduct rounds, mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and participate in quality improvement to enhance outcomes and resident well-being, while promoting a respectful, diverse, and patient‑centered care culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with current NY license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident care and provide staff coaching.
• Foster a positive work environment with teamwork and cultural respect.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless transitions and continuity of care.
