Job summary

Aspire Senior Living in Joplin, MO, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend shifts to oversee resident care and team leadership. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care during weekends and coordinating with caregivers and the healthcare team to maintain service standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Missouri RN license, have prior long-term care experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri must be current.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition residents.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well‑being of our residents during the Weekend shifts. RN Supervisor will lead a team of dedicated nurses and caregivers, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and service. Your strong leadership and clinical skills will help to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift
