Job summary

The Dayton Area School Consortium is looking for Registered Nurse Substitutes at a daily rate of $20/hr. Candidates will be required to attend training sessions located at 4029 Executive Drive, Beavercreek OH 45430.

Prospective applicants should come prepared with their Driver's License, Social Security Card, current Substitute/Teacher License (if applicable), and Original Transcripts of their Bachelor's Degree. A fee for fingerprinting will also be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Social Security Card needed for training.
• Current Substitute/Teacher License (if issued) is expected.
• Original Transcripts (Electronic) of Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Attend required training sessions.
• Complete necessary documentation for fingerprinting.

We will hold all Substitute Teacher Training sessions at 4029 Executive Drive, Beavercreek OH 45430.

• $47.25 fee (credit card preferred) for fingerprinting (previous fingerprint records cannot be accepted due to administrative guidelines)
