Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree (ASN/ Diploma/ BSN) from an approved program.
• Current RN license in Arkansas or eligible for compact licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification (or complete within probation).
• ACLS and BLS certifications obtained within 90 days of hire.

Job description

The position involves providing patient care across multiple specialty units within a Med Surg Service Line, caring for patients before and after medical or surgical procedures. Nurses are cross-trained across various specialties to build a comprehensive understanding of different patient conditions, comorbidities, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
