Job summary

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler to deliver expert, compassionate care to adult step-down patients. In this travel role, you’ll provide complex assessments, continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring, titrate IV medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status.

Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans while ensuring accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• RN with step-down experience and travel role.
