Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of pediatric critical care experience, a Delaware nursing license or eligibility, and BLS certification. This per diem role requires flexibility and strong clinical judgment to support our busy units.

Position Requirements

• Graduates of accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
