Nemours is seeking an experienced pediatric ICU Nurse (per diem) for our ICU Staffing Resource Pool in Wilmington, DE. You will float to the PICU, NICU, CICU based on hospital needs, delivering high-quality critical care to newborns through adolescents.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of pediatric critical care experience, a Delaware nursing license or eligibility, and BLS certification. This per diem role requires flexibility and strong clinical judgment to support our busy units.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of pediatric critical care experience.
• BSN preferred; Delaware license eligible.
• BLS certification required; must float across units.

Responsibilities
