Trinity Health Grand Rapids Staffing Center nurses will provide resource to units in the hospital in times of shortage, delivering patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.

Located in Grand Rapids, this Magnet-designated facility emphasizes shared decision-making, outcomes, and exceptional experiences for patients, staff, and the community. Night shift, 36 hours per week, full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• If ADN, must enroll in BSN within 6 months and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Experience as an RN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care; facilitate patient visit experience.

Position Summary

Registered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

What Registered Nurse, RN Will Need

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
• Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
