Job summary

Blessing Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess patient and family health problems, lead the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care provided by the nursing team, and provide technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.

The role requires serving patients across age ranges from neonate to geriatric with understanding of their developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Preferred: Weekender/Per diem with one year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family health problems and resources.
• Take a leadership role in developing, implementing and evaluating care plans.
• Provide nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.
• Care for patients across age groups from neonate to geriatric.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care provided by the nursing team and providing technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.

This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. Required
