Job summary

Sunterra Springs in Independence, MO is seeking amazing nurses to join our team on the NOC shift (6 PM–6 AM) for a nursing rehab unit. This position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a fast-paced environment with 19 residents and on-site support from CNAs and nursing management.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care planning, administering nursing care, and supervising CNAs while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in Missouri (RN or LPN).
• Experience or ability to perform clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• CPR certification and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a unit of residents, including assessments, care planning, and medication administration.
• Supervise CNAs and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.
• Document care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and outside agencies.

You will have IVs, wounds, assessments, discharges, admissions and medications. 2 CNAs. Nursing management is available for help.
