The Villages Rehab in Lady Lake, FL is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role requires Florida RN licensure, a current CPR certificate, and strong assessment and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license active (required).
• 1 year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and per nursing standards.
• Obtain changes in physician orders as indicated by resident progress.
• Communicate resident condition and progress to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean, orderly treatment cart and restock supplies.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and per policies.
• Document pressure sore status and other changes as needed.
• Monitor inventory of medications and supplies to ensure adequate stock.
• Assist in resident education and family discussions on care plans.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and other duties as assigned.
