Position: Unit Manager – Rehab Unit

Location: East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts | Weekend Differentials

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example as a skilled, compassionate nursing professional
• Oversee daily operations of the Rehab Unit, ensuring quality care delivery
• Assess resident needs, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Guide and support nursing staff through mentorship and delegation
• Ensure compliance with documentation and medication administration standards
• Foster a positive and safe environment for both residents and staff
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the state of Georgia
• 1–3 years of experience in a rehab or post-acute setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to motivate, manage, and support a diverse team
