Job summary

Westview Health Care Center in the United States is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The RN provides quality nursing care, assesses patient needs, revises care plans, and supports a high standard of patient well-being in accordance with Life Care standards.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis, collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and CPR requirements during orientation and employment.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment

Responsibilities

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
